CGA PARTY PACKAGES
BRONZE PARTY PACKAGE
This party package is a 1.5 hour hire of our upstairs pre school gymnastics studio with seating and dining area. This party package is only available for 1-4 year old parties. Basic package is for 16 children (maximum) including the party child.
This party package is for self catering parties - we cannot provide coaches, food, decorations or table ware.
£100.00 for 1.5 hours of hire. You can arrive 30 minutes before your party time to set up.
SILVER PARTY PACKAGE
This party package is a 1.5 hour hire of our upstairs pre school gymnastics studio with seating and dining area, available Sundays only. This party you will be able to access both the pre school gymnastics studio and main gym (please note the main gym is not private hire and you will be sharing the gym area with our soft play customers). PLEASE CONTACT TEAM TO DISCUSS TIMINGS, AS THE TIME WILL BE DEPENDANT ON THE AGE OF YOUR CHILD AND THEIR GUESTS.
This package is £150.00 for 1.5 hours of hire for 16 children (maximum). This party package is for self catering parties only - we cannot provide coaches, food, decorations or table ware. You can arrive 30 minutes before your party time to set up.
GOLD PARTY PACKAGE
This party package is a 1.5 hour of exclusive hire of our main gym plus private dining in either our upstairs dining area or cafe dining area (Saturday 4.15-5.45pm in cafe area, Sunday - 3.00pm in upstairs party room (MAXIMUM no. of children 18), 4.00pm party in cafe dining area. (can accomodate over 20 children)
Basis package is £180.00 for 1.5 hours of hire for 16 children. We are not able to provide coaches for this package on a Sunday. We can provide decorations, food and table ware at an additional cost - please see our "extra's" section below.
EXTRAS - PERSONALISE YOUR PARTY
FOOD for your party guests - £8.00 per head
Menu to be discussed once we have recieved confirmation of party date and deposit paid for basic party package. Please note this does not include tableware.
DECORATIONS - £150.00
Choose a party theme of your choice and we can transform the dining area where your guests will first be invited in to, to give it that WOW factor.
All children will be given 1 themed helium balloon each to take home. We will put up themed birthday banners and also a balloon arch to give it that extra POP!
HELIUM = an additional cost of £90.00 per cannister (this includes the cost of disposing of the cannister)
TABLEWARE - £40.00
Give your party the cherry on the cake with themed tableware. This includes white table cloths, themed plates, cups and napkins for all your party guests.
STRUCTURED GYMNASTICS SESSION WITH 2 CGA COACHES - £60.00
SUPERVISION ONLY WITH 1 CGA COACH - £35.00
Our CGA coaches are able to provide party games, gymnastics coaching or free running coaching. We are here to cater for all. Please let us know how you would like your party to be structured and we will deliver. - COACHES ARE ONLY AVAILABLE FOR SATURDAY PARTIES FROM JANUARY 2023 NEW BOOKINGS (updated 14th November 2022)
ADDITIONAL PARTY GUESTS - £10.00 per extra party guest
WANT TO RESERVE A PARTY TODAY?
RESERVE YOUR DATE BELOW & PAY THE £50.00 HOLDING DEPOSIT
When you have booked and payed your £50.00 deposit (which will be deducted from your final invoice) for your party date, we will send you an email where you will need to fill out the party details form so we know all the details for your special day. We will then call you to discuss and confirm your party requests and we will follow this with an invoice that will need to be payed 14 days before your party date.
